Las Vegas Municipal Court Marriage Records

In Las Vegas, the issuance of marriage licenses and the maintenance of marriage records are the responsibility of the Clark County Clerk's Office. Pursuant to statutory provisions, Las Vegas marriage records containing basic information about the marriage are accessible to the public through the following channels:

• Online: Marriage records can be searched using the name of either spouse or the certificate number. An unredacted copy of an original marriage license affidavit is not available online.
• Written requests: Copies may also be requested using the Public Records Request form. Completed forms can be submitted by mail, in person at the provided kiosk, or over the counter at the Office of Civil Marriages, 330 South 3rd Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101

While a certified copy of a marriage record can only be obtained from the clerk's office, the Nevada Office of Vital Records can search for records of marriage licenses from June 1968 to September 2005 and May 2015 to the present. Inquirers can submit a completed record request to the office for a $10 fee.
